By enrolling in any Voxtune course or service, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Enrollment & Payments
All fees paid to Voxtune are for online music training services delivered through scheduled classes, sessions, or programs.
Payments must be completed in advance to confirm enrollment.
Fees may be paid monthly, term-wise, or per program, depending on the course selected.
2. Refund Policy
Trial / Assessment Sessions
Fees paid for trial or assessment sessions are non-refundable once the session is scheduled.
If Voxtune cancels a trial session, the fee will be refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
Regular Classes & Programs
Once a course or monthly plan has started, refunds are not provided for:
Missed classes
Partial attendance
Change of mind after enrollment
This policy exists because teaching time and educator schedules are reserved in advance.
3. Cancellations by Voxtune
If Voxtune is unable to deliver a class due to technical issues, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances:
The session will be rescheduled, or
A proportional refund will be issued if rescheduling is not possible
The decision will be communicated clearly to the parent or student.
4. Student Cancellations & Missed Classes
Missed classes due to personal reasons are not refundable.
Advance notice may allow for a rescheduled session, subject to instructor availability.
Repeated absences may result in loss of session without refund.
5. Discontinuation of Classes
If a student chooses to discontinue mid-program, unused sessions are not eligible for refund.
Requests to pause or defer classes may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially for medical or exceptional circumstances.
6. Payments Made via Third-Party Platforms
Payments processed through third-party platforms (such as payment gateways or booking tools) are subject to:
